Parking Procedures

Please note: Parking is for CFSL families only. Please be sure your parking pass is visible to BYU parking attendants to avoid getting a ticket.

The Child and Family Studies Laboratory (CFSL) has 16 stalls that are located perpendicular to our playground. Each class has different start and stop times in addition to a 10-minute pick up window to help minimize parking congestion. However, it is inevitable that there may be some delay in dropping and picking up children due to the limited number of stalls. Please take advantage of the full 10-minute window to avoid waiting should everyone comes at the last few minutes of the day.

Please review the following with anyone that drives your child to school:

1) Parking passes should only be used to pick up and drop off children.
2) Parents who enter from the North end of campus:
  • Go past the security guard, proceed past the underground parking lot (bottom left picture), and pull directly into the CFSL stalls that are perpendicular to the brick wall (bottom right picture).

3) Parents who enter from the South end of campus:
  • Show your pass to the security guard, proceed over the speed bumps, around the south of campus, and past the MCKB lot on your right (bottom left picture).
  • Pull directly into the 16 CFSL stalls that are perpendicular to the brick wall (bottom right picture).
